Dropshipping Website Management Executive
Role Overview
As a Dropshipping Website Management Executive, you will manage multiple e-commerce stores, coordinate with suppliers, optimize product listings, and ensure seamless store operations. You will play a key role in helping clients scale their online sales efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Shopify and WooCommerce dropshipping stores for multiple clients.
- Research and source trending products from platforms like AliExpress, CJ Dropshipping, AutoDS, Zendrop, or similar suppliers.
- Upload and optimize product listings for SEO, visibility, and conversions.
- Coordinate with suppliers for inventory, order fulfillment, and timely delivery.
- Monitor store analytics, sales data, and market trends for informed decisions.
- Assist with marketing campaigns and promotions to boost product sales.
- Handle order processing, returns, and customer queries when needed.
- Ensure product consistency in descriptions, images, and pricing across stores.
- Identify and resolve operational issues to maintain smooth store functioning.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing Shopify/WooCommerce dropshipping stores.
- Proven success in driving sales through dropshipping operations.
- Strong understanding of the dropshipping ecosystem, product research, and supplier management.
- Knowledge of e-commerce SEO, product optimization, and analytics tools.
- Must have own laptop and reliable internet connection.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks.
